Quick start:

  1. Create your free Timex Trainer online web account to track your training
  2. Download Device Agent
  3. Set Heart Rate Zones by logging in to online application, click your name, click Preferences, Heart Rate Zones

TIP:  Do a workout and track your heart rate using either the Chrono or Interval Mode

TIP:  After your workout, sync your data using Device Agent and login to review your workout information
