Getting Started

1. Create your free Timex Trainer online web account to track your training
2. Download Device Agent
3. Set your watch settings by synching to Timex Device Agent, on Settings tab, click the "Set Watch" checkbox to set time/date
4. Set Heart Rate Zones by logging in to online application, click your name, click Preferences, Heart Rate Zones
5. Do a workout and track your heart rate using either the Chrono or Interval Mode
6. After your workout, download your data using the Timex Device Agent and login to review your workout information

Unable to initialize the Timex Data Xchanger

This message simply means that you must plug in your USB Data Xchanger into your computer. If you did not purchase the Timex Data Xchanger as part of the Race Trainer Kit, you can purchase it separately. The Data Xchanger allows you to wirelessly link your watch data to your computer to send workout data to the Timex Trainer online training log and to change settings on your Race Trainer watch.
