Quick Tips for using TimexTrainer Online
- Click a workout and open the Quick View or the full Journal to add/edit your workout info
- Set your Heart Rate Zones by clicking My Settings, then click the Heart Rate Zones tab (use any method you wish)
- Clicking "Save" on Device Agent saves and uploads your workouts to your online account
