The Device Agent, along with your Timex® Global Trainer™, Run Trainer™, Race Trainer™, or Race Trainer Pro™, is your complete solution to monitoring and tracking your training program. You can easily download your workout data from your watch and then send it to your own personal online Timex Trainer account.

Device Agent is a free desktop based software program that:

  • Allows you to extract data files from your Timex® Global Trainer™, Run Trainer™, Race Trainer™, or Race Trainer Pro™ and upload them to your online web account.
  • Manage all watch settings using a simple PC or Mac application, set time, alarms, date, intervals and more!

After saving the file to your computer, use Device Agent and select "File, Update Device" and follow the prompts to perform the firmware update. You must use DA build 3.0.68 or newer with this firmware!

    • Click on the compatible link above to download, then select run
    • Give permission to launch the setup wizard
    • Follow the steps shown in the setup wizard
    • Login to Upload to TimexTrainer
    • For Mac users, download, double-click the file, drag the Device Agent icon onto the Applications folder
  • Race Trainer™ / Race Trainer Pro™, Installation Steps:
    • Windows 7 64-bit users see these installation tips
    • Click on the compatible link above to download, then select run
    • Give permission to launch the setup wizard
    • Follow the steps shown in the setup wizard
